Charter for Diversity

By supporting the initiative “Diversity as an opportunity – the Charter for Diversity of Companies in Germany”, ITM Isotope Technologies Munich SE is sending an important signal for the recognition of diversity in the workplace. The Diversity Charter, whose patron is the Chancellor Olaf Scholz, is a corporate initiative to promote diversity in companies and institutions. By signing and agreeing, ITM is dedicated to making an important contribution to the recognition of diversity in business and society.

One of ITM's particular concerns is to offer young people fair working conditions and development prospects. We specifically encourage diversity and inclusion as key innovation drivers for our mutual success.
