Our radioisotope manufacturing and supply form the foundation upon which we are building our radiopharmaceutical pipeline. Since our founding 20 years ago, we have developed a reputation for being a reliable, and high-quality supplier of radioisotopes. Our vertically integrated approach, which combines a solid foundation in radioisotope supply with an innovative radiopharmaceutical pipeline, enables us to continue to play a leading role in the promising and evolving field of radiopharmaceuticals.
In 2023, we opened, of known producers, the world’s largest facility producing Good Manufacturing Practices (“GMP”)-grade n.c.a. Lu-177. We supply n.c.a Lu-177 worldwide to academic researchers and biopharmaceutical companies. Below highlights the time-sensitive nature of production to delivery, and the vital steps involved.

Our cGMP laboratories are dedicated to the production of next-generation radiopharmaceuticals and is equipped with clean rooms and specialized hot cells designed for GMP radiolabeling up to Class A standards. The laboratories also feature an in-house quality control area and an advanced radiation protection system to ensure the highest levels of safety and compliance.
Leveraging this GMP infrastructure, we provide seamless access to radiopharmaceutical manufacturing with optimized efficiency. Our team of experts, highly experienced in radioisotope sourcing, processing, and radiolabeling, offer comprehensive support throughout the entire production process.
Strategically located near the FRM-II Neutron Source and Munich International Airport, ITM benefits from a well-established logistics network, ensuring priority shipments within 24–48 hours across the European Union and the United States, and within 72 hours to other international destinations.
