Annette Breunig joined ITM as Chief People Officer in October 2025 to lead ITM’s HR function. She shapes strategies that unify the company to achieve team and business growth objectives while empowering employees, strengthening company culture and attracting top talent. 

With over years of 25 years of HR leadership experience at pharmaceutical, manufacturing and technology companies, Annette has a track record of supporting top-performing teams and creating dynamic work environments at global companies including Infios Group, Siemens AG, Sanofi-Aventis and Körber Pharma. 

Annette holds a business degree from the Julius Maximilians University in Wuerzburg (Germany).
