Jutta Lehmann

Head of Global Quality of ITM Group

Jutta Lehmann joined ITM as Head of Global Quality in June 2025. She shapes and implements ITM’s comprehensive, forward-looking quality strategy to drive value across its clinical pipeline and radioisotope manufacturing business. With over 20 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, she oversees ITM’s global Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring full compliance with international regulatory standards while aligning quality objectives with business goals. 

Before joining ITM, Jutta held senior roles at global companies such as Roche, DSM and Idorsia Pharmaceuticals, where she successfully led quality transformations, lean process implementations, and built high-performing international teams. Her extensive expertise in quality across various sectors, including biotech, investigational medical products (IMPs), and commercial products, has contributed to a track record of success in managing regulatory inspections, driving cross-functional alignment, and delivering results in the pharmaceutical industry.

Jutta is a licensed pharmacist and completed her degree at the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg.
