Garching / Munich, June 12, 2026 – ITM Isotope Technologies Munich SE (ITM), a leading radiopharmaceutical biotech company, today announced that its non-dilutive debt financing with Blue Owl Managed Funds of up to USD 262.5m was transferred to Perceptive Advisors, a leading life sciences investment firm. Additional details of the transfer agreement were not disclosed.
