When a product is purchased from ITM, it isn’t just the product being supplied to the customer. ITM’s Technical Support and Services Team consists of highly trained and experienced chemical field engineers to support with your radiopharmacy needs. This includes but is not limited to: 

  • Site planning for the installation of new devices
  • Installation and operation qualification of new devices
  • Troubleshooting either remote and on-site (machines errors, low yields during radiolabeling, etc.)
