The Quality Control Solution radio-HPLC is a state-of-the-art configuration for the analysis of radiolabeled biomolecules according to Ph. Eur./USP standards.
With an integrated quaternary HPLC pump, dual-channel UV/VIS and Gamma Detector, the radio- HPLC is first-in-class technology in a unique compact design. To ensure good separation of the analyte, the column is placed in a temperature controlled and lead shielded column compartment.
The gamma detector features a shielded 2x2 inch NaI(TI) scintillator using pinhole geometry. Sensitivity may be adjusted to different radioisotopes and activity levels via the high voltage and three different flow cell volumes.
The ChromStar® software is intuitive, allowing the user to easily start runs and analyze the chromatograms in real time. For documentation, tailored reports can be generated.
Depending on the need of the radiopharmacy, customizable solutions are possible. We offer the following:
- Autosampler with shielded vial rack
- Photo Diode Array Detector with either 256 or 1024 diodes
- Refractive Index Detector for analysis of [18F]-FDG
- Column Selection Valve supporting up to 6 columns
