Dr. Gabriele Elbl

Head of Global Regulatory Affairs

Dr. Gabriele Elbl joined ITM in January 2023 as Head of Global Regulatory Affairs. She has over 30 years of regulatory experience, working in small and large pharmaceutical companies and at the European Medicines Agency (EMA). Gabriele brings expertise in all regulatory aspects of pharmaceutical development and submission procedures for biologicals, small molecules and radiopharmaceuticals in Europe and in the US with focus on oncology and haematologic malignancies.

Gabriele joined ITM from Nordic Nanovector ASA, where she was Global Head of Regulatory Affairs Oncology. Prior to this she held senior leadership roles in global regulatory affairs at MorphoSys, Wilex and Sanofi-Winthrop.

Gabriele holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacy from the Institute of Pharmaceutical Biology of the Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich (LMU), Germany.
